Imagine the the occidental capitals in 2030 in a post tertiairy world. What to do with the huge abandoned offices complexes
built in the 2000's. How to me make them back to life like with the abandoned industry complexes after the 70's crisis?
"Paddington city" is a city made after a vertical grid resulting from the building structure typical for offices building, a way how to recycle the rest of the neo-liberal city.

Londres 2030, tout comme la crise des années 1970 qui a vu la fin de notre économie industrielle nous a laissé des friches industrielles à réabiliter, la crise des années 2010 aura laissée dans les capitales occidentales, des milliers de mètres carrés de friches de bureaux. Comment recycler ces surfaces en villes verticales. A Paddington City, la trame poteau-poutres corbuséenne est réinterprétée comme une trame urbaine verticale. Une rue verticale permet le développement de cette nouvelle typologie urbaine verticale.
